In accordance with Federal law 208-F3 on Joint Stock Companies and Article 10.1 of the Company Charter, the Shareholders' General Meeting is the supreme governing body. Article 10.1 of the Company Charter also defines the scope of authority of the Shareholders’ General Meeting.
Shareholders of Inter RAO may, in accordance with the Federal Law on Joint Stock Companies and the Inter RAO Charter, participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders to vote on all matters within its sphere of authority.
The right to participate in the Shareholders' General Meeting of Inter RAO extends to the list of persons eligible to participate in the Shareholders' General Meeting compiled on the basis of data from the Inter RAO shareholders' register.
The date of compilation of the list of persons entitled to attend the General Meeting of Shareholders of Inter RAO is determined by the Board of Directors when taking the decision to convene a General Meeting of Inter RAO Shareholders.
