Moscow. November 26, 2009. JSC INTER RAO UES informs that Directorate of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) took a decision on 25.11.2009 to include in Quotation List B of MICEX stock exchange and to admit to trading in the process of circulation through listing procedure by including in the section “Quotation List B” of the list of securities admitted to trading on MICEX, JSC INTER RAO UES ordinary certificated shares (state registration number 1-03-33498-Å from 29.10.2009) with a nominal value of 0.02809767 rubles each.
Earlier, according to the decision of the Chairman of the Management Board of RTS stock exchange Changes No. 188 were approved to the list of securities admitted to trading on RTS, which come into force on November 27, 2009 and envisage the inclusion in Quotation List B of JSC INTER RAO UES ordinary certificated shares (state registration number 1-03-33498-Å from 29.10.2009) with a nominal value of 0.02809767 rubles each, and also exclusion from Quotation List B of JSC INTER RAO UES ordinary certificated shares (state registration number 1-02-33498-Å from 23.10.2007) with a nominal value of 0.1 ruble each.
The start of trading of JSC INTER RAO UES shares (state registration number 1-03-33498-Å from 29.10.2009) on RTS is scheduled for 27.11.2009, on MICEX it is scheduled for 01.12.2009.
