1. Export/import activities:

• export of electric power,  
• import of electric power,
• sale/purchase of electric power outside RF customs jurisdiction.

2. Trading in the electric power (capacity) wholesale market of the Russian Federation, including, but not limited to:

• purchase of electric power for the purpose of subsequent export thereof;
• sale of electric power imported;
• purchase of electric power for the purpose of delivery to Kaliningrad Region;
• trading in electric power in the domestic wholesale market;
• power distribution.
